J’S Vision Code began in April 2025 in India. Our goal is simple: help health care providers code patient records with speed and care. We are a mix of software engineers, data analysts, and certified coders. Each member works to make sure coding work is both fast and right.
We built our service around a clear process: let AI suggest codes, then have our coders confirm them. This mix of tools and people cuts errors and speeds up billing. Since day one, we have stuck to plain language, clear steps, and open communication.

How We Work
When you sign up, we set up a secure link that meets all health data rules, including HIPAA and local standards. We can integrate with your records system in days, not weeks. We take your patient notes and run them through our AI engine. It suggests codes right away based on the latest guidelines. Then our coding team reviews each suggestion and corrects as needed, adding comments when notes are unclear.
Once codes are final, we send back a report with each code, notes on missing data, and tips for clearer charting. We update our rules every week so the output stays current. We also hold a brief monthly call to talk over results and plan changes.
